2 Minute Banana Bread

Ripe banana, mashed
tbspCoconut oil, melted or neutral oil of your choice
tbspPure maple syrup
Egg
tspPure vanilla extract
cFlour, all-purpose or gluten free 1:1
tspBaking soda
tspCinnamon
tspSalt
cChocolate chunks or chips, I used Enjoy Life Brand which is dairy free
In a mixing bowl combine the banana, egg, vanilla, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt.
Add the flour and baking soda and mix until combined
Fold in the chocolate chips
Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds and check to see if the cake is ready. if not add 30 seconds at a time until completely cooked.
Let the sake sit for a minute too cool down before eating
