Dairy free yogurt mixture
cCoconut yogurt, greek style - I used Cocojune brand
tbspNut butter, sunflower butter or granola butter*If you're using granola butter, microwave it for 30 seconds alone in a bowl to soften it and it will be easier to mix into the yogurt
scoopCollagen peptides, optional but does help with blood sugar stability and also supports the gut lining
tbspHoney or Pure maple syrup *optional but adds a little sweetnessI used maple syrup
Chocolate topping

Find a sheet pan that will fit in your freezer. Mine is 9x13''. Line the sheet pan with parchment paper
Wash and pat dry the berries. Spread out the berries
In a small mixing bowl combine the yogurt, collagen, nut butter and honey until smooth.
Spread the yogurt mixture over the berries evenly. Put the tray into the freezer while you melt the chocolate
In a small bowl, mix the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals until completely smooth. Remove the tray from the freezer and pour the chocolate over the top evenly. Spread it out and return to the freezer for about 1 hour
