cMayo, I used Primal Kitchen Avocado oil based
cCelery, chopped
cDried cranberries, low sugar
cDried apricots, chopped
cWalnuts, chopped (optional)
- tspLemon juice
tspSalt
tspBlack pepper
tspDijon mustard (optional)
What to eat it with
Crunchmaster crackers (gluten free & dairy free)
Bell pepper boats
Celery sticks
Combine all the ingredients in one large bowl and mix until combined. Refrogerate about 20-30 minutes before serving
