Crispy Rice Caesar Salad, Dairy & Gluten Free

For the salad
Pre heat the oven 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Spread the rice out on the pan. Mix with oil, tamari and seasonings until full coated.
Spread the rice evenly so it gets crispy. If it's piled on top of each other it won't crisp. Bake for 25 minutes flipping half way.
In a large mixing bowl combine the lettuce, chicken, avocado, rice and dressing. Toss and serve!
