De-Bloat Fruit Salad

For the fruit salad
c1 cup pineapple (fresh, not canned — contains bromelain, a digestive enzyme)
cPapaya, (rich in papain, which reduces inflammation and aids digestion)
Kiwi, peeled and sliced, (boosts motility and enzyme activity)
c strawberries (low FODMAP and antioxidant-rich)
Banana, sliced (adds potassium to counter water retention)
Cucumber, thinly sliced (hydrates and soothes the gut)
For the dressing
Juice of 1/2 lime, (stimulates digestion and adds vitamin C)
tspFresh grated ginger (calms the gut and reduces gas)
Small handful mint leaves (natural anti-spasmodic), minced
tbspHoney
tbspAvocado oil
pinchSalt
Wash and chop all your fruit.
Add all the fruit to a large mixing bowl
In a small bowl whisk the dressing ingredients together. Pour over the fruit salad
Toss the fruit so it's all covered in the dressing
Divide the fruit salad into two portions and enjoy!
