Eggs

cPure maple syrup
tspPure vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
cOat flour, gluten free
tbspChia seedsoptional substitute: hemp seeds, more oat flour

Pre heat oven to 350F. Line a 9x5' loaf pan with parchment paper or grease with coconut oil
In a mixing bowl combine all the dry ingredients
In a second mixing bowl combine all the wet ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix well
Pour into the loaf pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes until a toothpick in the center comes out clean
