High Protein Baked Dumplings Recipe

Pre heat oven to 375F
In a 9x13 baking dish mix the coconut milk, garlic, ginger, thai red curry, fish sauce and soy sauce.
Add the broccoli and chopped chicken.
Place the dumplings in the pan with none of them overlapping.
Cover tightly with tin foil and bake about 25 minutes until the broccoli is tender and the dumplings are cooked through
Serve with toppings and rice on the side
