Frozen package of cauliflower fried rice *the target version is sesame oil free if you have a sesame allergyOr frozen riced cauliflower, peas and carrots

Pre heat oven to 375F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
Gently crack the eggs onto the parchment paper. Sprinkle salt and pepper
Bake the eggs for 9-12 minutes until cooked through.
While the eggs are cooking add the cauliflower and olive oil to a skillet and cook for about 9 minutes until it's cooked through and golden
Prepare the Amylu breakfast bites as directed on the package
Divide the cauliflower, breakfast bites and eggs into 2 portions. Add berries and you're ready!
