Honey Glazed Chicken & Sweets

Chicken & Veggies
lbChicken thighs
cDiced sweet potato
cBroccoli florets
tbspOlive oil
Dry Rub
tspGarlic powder
tspSmoke paprika or regular paprika
tspSalt
tspBlack pepper
Glaze
tbspHoney
tbspCoconut aminos, tamari or low sodium soy sauce
tbspApple cider vinegar
tspOnion powder
Pre heat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean up
Coat the potatoes in 1/2 the dry rub. Coat the chicken in the other half of the dry rub
Add the chicken, potatoes and broccoli to the pan. Drizzle 2 tbsp of olive oil other them and massage
Bake the tray for 20 minutes
In a small mixing bowl prepare the glaze
Remove the tray from the oven. Brush the chicken with the honey glaze and bake an additional 10-15 minutes. In the last 2 minutes change the oven to broil to caramelize the glaze. Watch closely, broil works quickly and you don't want to burn your chicken
