- bagsFeverfew Lemongrass tea
- leavesFresh mint or 1 mint tea bag
*1Caffeinated green tea * Only if caffeine helps your migraines otherwise you can leave it out
Steep the tea and leaves in hot water about 5 minutes.
Note: I like to try the tea without caffeine first to see if it helps. If it doesn't I add the green tea to the mixture and try again.
