Puff Pastry Holiday Bow Appetizer

Pre heat oven to 400F. Remove your puff pastry from the packaging so it comes up to room temperature
Lay one sheet out and gently rol with a rolling pin until smooth
In a small bowl mix the cream cheese and herbs
Spread the mixture evenly over the puff pastry
Layer the second piece of puff pastry on top
Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife cut off the uneven edges
Cut the dough into 4 even slices horizontally
Cut each of the horizontal pieces in half. Using your finger pinch the center to make a folded bow shape
Brush the dough with either olive oil or an egg wash so they brown. Sprinkle poppy seeds or everything seasoning on top
Bake for about 24 minutes or more until the dough is puffed and golden brown
