Pre heat oven to 350F. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper
In a sauce pan heat the peaches and blueberries for 5-7 minutes. Add the chia seeds and let thicken about 3-5 minutes. Set aside and let cool
In a mixing bowl make the crumble
Using 2/3 of the crumble mixture make the base of the bars in the pan pressing down the dough to make an even layer
Pour the fruit on top
Crumble the remaining dough over the top
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool completely before cutting
