Ripe peaches

Ripe, avocados

-Ears of corn, grilled or steamed

cRed onion, diced very small

tbspCilantro, diced

Small jalapeno, seeded and diced

tbspLime juice

tspHoney

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

In a large mixing bowl mix all the ingredients and serve immediately. If you want to prep the salad add the avocado right before serving

I like to serve this at BBQ's, on fish tacos and even as a salsa with chips
