Toasted Vanilla Berry Crumble Yogurt Jars

Yogurt layer
cCoconut yogurt or yogurt of your choice
scoopsUnflavored collagen peptides
- tspPure vanilla extract
- tspHoney or Pure maple syrup
Fruit
-Kiwis, peeled and diced
- cRaspberries
High Fiber Crumble
cKellogg's Bran Buds
tbspHoney
tspCoconut oil or neutral oil of your choice
tspCinnamon

In a small bowl mix together the yogurt, collagen, vanilla and honey. Divide into the base of two jars
In a skillet heat the bran buds, honey, cinnamon and coconut oil until the honey melts and becomes caramelized about 4-5 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes
While the brand buds are caramelizing and cooling chop your kiwi.
Once the bran buds are warm layer them on top of the yogurt and add the fruit
Serve immediately or close the jar with an airtight lid and refrigerate overnight!
