box spiral pasta

cup red onion

cup fresh parsley

tbsp pesto

cup fresh basil

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

fl oz lemon juice

cup sundried tomatoes

cup cherry tomato

pinch salt

can chick peas
Instructions
1. Cook the Kamut spiral pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let it cool slightly. Transfer the cooked pasta to a large mixing bowl. 2. Mix in the cherry tomatoes and chopped red onion. 3. Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans, then add them to the bowl. 4. Stir in chopped sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor. 5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 6. Sprinkle chopped herbs over the salad. 7. Mix until all ingredients are well combined. 8.
